Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day. Take four (4) to six (6) quick release capsules one to three times daily with 8 oz. of liquid. For best results, drink six to eight glasses of liquid during the day.
